I am a Salem native and attended the University of Oregon. I selected Loma Linda University School of Dentistry in California for its reputation in advanced clinical dentistry and its commitment to service in our communities. I was selected to study full mouth reconstruction, TMJ treatments, and the advanced cosmetic techniques setting my education ahead of most graduates. I have continued my education by attending seminars, participating in study clubs, and maintaining close working relationships with specialists to offer my patients the best in dental treatment options.

I graduated from dental school in 2000. After practicing in the Portland area for several years, I returned home to Salem with my family and started Southside Dental in 2005. I am married to my husband Eric who is a general contractor and foundation specialist. We have two fantastic girls who keep us very busy. We love to be outdoors and enjoy biking, hiking, golf, and skiing.

I have committed to running a practice that focuses on quality not quantity. I believe knowing my patients on a personal level allows me to better treat a patient, not just teeth. The best compliment I receive is that patients tell me I am not like other dentists. I want patients to feel comfortable and listened to so that any dental visit is a positive one. I want to establish long term relationships with my patients and would love to meet you, your family, and your friends.
